Application scope

WWK series submersible sewage pumps are mainly used in municipal engineering, building construction, industrial sewage, hotels, hospitals, civil air defense, mines and other industries, and can be used to discharge solid particles and various long fibers of sewage, wastewater, rainwater and urban domestic water.

Conditions of use

Medium temperature is not more than 40 C, medium density is less than 1200Kg/m_and PH value is in the range of 5-9.

The lowest operating liquid level refers to the specific requirements of pump operation manual and installation drawing.

The rated voltage is 380V and the rated frequency is 50Hz.

The maximum diameter of solid particles passing through the pump shall not be greater than 50% of the diameter of the outlet of the pump body.

Flow range: 3-5400 m/h;

Head range: 5-60m

Outlet diameter: 25mm-600mm

Power: 0.75-315kw

Motor Series: 2, 4, 6, 8

Structure description:


Imported NSK bearings are selected. The reasonable bearing configuration can prolong the service life of the pump.


The internal cooling system, whether the motor is on the liquid surface or under the liquid surface, can make the pump work normally. The part of the pumped liquid circulates from the pump body to the cooling cylinder and the casing to take away the heat generated by the motor. When external cooling is required, the cooling sleeve can be separated from the pump body and connected with a separate cooling system.

Electric machinery:

The motor is class F insulated and the protection level is IP68.

Machine Maple seal:

The German Bergman mechanical seal is selected and the two mechanical seals work independently in series. The motor is sealed off from the pump to provide double protection for the motor.

The sealing material of pump side is tungsten carbide, and the sealing material of motor side is graphite silicon carbide.

Oil room:

Oil lubricates and cools mechanical seals and prevents liquid from penetrating into additional safety functions of the motor. A certain amount of air left in the oil chamber can reduce the accumulation and increase of pressure in the oil chamber.


Through optimum design, the liquid can be conveyed with the optimum flow rate and speed to maximize the efficiency so as not to cause blockage. Each operating point has a suitable impeller to choose from. According to the pumping medium, there are single channel, double channel and three blade impellers to choose from.


Pump and motor coaxial, shaft end sealing device, so that the shaft does not contact with the pumping medium, protect the shaft from corrosion: the shaft overhang design as short as possible, reduce the deflection of the shaft, and reduce vibration, extend the service life of mechanical seals and bearings, reduce operating noise.
