The pump adopts the famous brand mechanical seal to ensure that the pump works without leakage for a long time, thus improving the working environment of the pump station.

The pump adopts the special structure of balance of axial force and radial force. The impeller is tested and balanced before assembling so as to minimize the force on the pump shaft. It not only ensures the smooth and reliable operation of the pump, but also prolongs the service life of the mechanical seal and motor bearing of the pump.

For small and medium-sized motors, maintenance-free imported bearings do not require lubricating oil. For medium and large motors, grease lubrication can be used to replace lubricating oil without shutdown. Therefore, the maintenance of this product is simple.

Working conditions

The standard design working pressure of the pump is 1.0 MPa (gray iron pump body). By changing the material of the pump body (ductile iron, cast steel, stainless steel, etc.), the working pressure of the pump can be increased (1.6 MPa or 2.4 MPa). The inlet and outlet flanges of pumps conform to PN-16 national standard flanges. If the work pressure is 1.6 MPa or higher, it must be noted when ordering, otherwise it will be supplied according to the work pressure of 1.0 MPa.

Applicable medium: Clean liquid (such as antifreeze) with clear water or similar physical and chemical properties to water.

The range of liquid transported by water pump is from - 25 ~140 ~C. The allowable temperature of liquid transported depends on the type of pump and seal.

Pump body

Most pump body models adopt double volute shell design, which effectively reduces the radial force on the impeller of the pump. Especially in small flow operation.

The blocking vane is designed at the inlet of the pump body, which effectively reduces the pre-rotation at small flow rate and improves the performance at small flow rate.
